Last updated: 2026-07-02
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Moonga.tv, Moonga Bot, dashboards, chat tools, moderation tools, multistream pages, event tools, APIs, and connected platform integrations (“Moonga”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Moonga, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Moonga provides
Moonga is a streamer and event tool that may provide live chat viewing, chat logging, chat search, moderation support, commands, notifications, multistream tools, event dashboards, analytics, and integrations with platforms such as Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and related services.
2. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for your account, workspace, connected platform accounts, and invited moderators or team members.
- You must only connect accounts and channels that you own, manage, or are authorised to manage.
- You must keep login credentials and access tokens secure.
- We may restrict or remove access if we believe the Service is being abused or used unlawfully.
3. YouTube API Services
Moonga uses YouTube API Services for certain YouTube features. By using YouTube features in Moonga, you agree that your use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke Moonga’s access to your Google/YouTube account at any time from Google Security Settings / third-party access. You can read how Moonga handles YouTube data and deletion requests in our Privacy Policy.
4. Platform rules
You are responsible for following the rules and terms of any third-party platform connected to Moonga, including Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and Google.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Moonga to:
- Break laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.
- Harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or target people.
- Collect, expose, or misuse personal information without permission.
- Bypass platform limitations, rate limits, bans, moderation systems, or access controls.
- Disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or abuse Moonga or connected platforms.
- Use Moonga for spam, fraud, malware, phishing, or deceptive activity.
6. Chat data and moderation
Moonga may process and store chat messages, usernames, message IDs, timestamps, badges, emotes, platform metadata, moderation decisions, and related logs. Streamers, moderators, and event organisers are responsible for how they configure and use moderation tools.
Moonga may provide AI-assisted moderation or moment detection. These tools can make mistakes. You remain responsible for reviewing important moderation decisions and complying with platform rules.
7. Connected actions
Some features may perform actions on connected platforms, such as posting messages, deleting messages, timing out users, banning users, updating commands, or sending notifications. These actions require appropriate permissions and may be limited by platform APIs.
You are responsible for actions performed through your account, workspace, OAuth connection, bot account, invited moderators, or configured automation.
8. Subscriptions, paid features, and changes
Some Moonga features may be free, paid, experimental, limited, or subject to availability. We may add, remove, limit, rename, or change features over time. Paid terms, if applicable, will be shown separately during purchase or subscription setup.
9. Availability and API limits
Moonga depends on third-party services and APIs. Features may stop working, be delayed, become unavailable, or be rate-limited because of platform outages, API changes, quota limits, permission changes, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Intellectual property
Moonga, including its design, software, branding, website, and original content, belongs to Moonga or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the Service unless we have given written permission.
11. User content
You keep ownership of content you provide or connect where applicable, but you grant Moonga the rights needed to process, display, store, transmit, moderate, and analyse that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
12. Disclaimers
Moonga is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every use case. Moderation, analytics, AI decisions, notifications, and platform actions may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonga is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, platform access, account standing, or business opportunities.
14. Termination
You may stop using Moonga at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for Moonga or others, or if continued service is not practical or lawful.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Moonga after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
